  1. Everytime I try this, I just won't move. I think I'm not moving from my hips enough. My swim instructor continues to work with me using this technique. Hopefully, I will make progress.

  2. Watching this video gave me a boost in motivation. A great tip that my coach gave me is to have a calm mind. Practice and master in isolation and then when swimming without any aid, don't think too much. Be confident and smooth.

  3. Had no swimming lessons what do ever and I was also deathly afraid of deep water, but last week I was like "eh let's give it a try"
    Got used to being in the water on the first day, learned how to swim in the next two, just gotta perfect it now cuz I'm kinda sloppy with it

  5. Whenever i swim i keep my head up. Maybe the reson u guys cant swim is because professional swiming iskt for everyone and everyone has a different trchinque in swimming.

    I would add have somebody stand on the side of the pool to check that you actually do those simple yet so effective recommendations.

    This is where I am at now. I pray that I am not doing any of those things that I think that I am doing so I can improve my legs propulsion which is almost inexistant.

    I am so slow at swimming a 25 meters that I have to bring a lunch with me on the kickboard so I do not starve before reaching the other end of the pool.๐Ÿ˜‚
