  2. I appreciate this video. One constructive criticism though is that for a lot of these exercise the view is way too zoomed in and we cant see your whole body and the correct form. Seeing each exercise from multiple angles would be immensely helpful as well.

  3. I try to do these before and after I go to bed
    I just started yesterday and I feel so much better already. I've tried upper-back exercises for my posture (because everyone says that's what you need to do), but it was never quiete enough.
    With this I have a feeling to get actual improvement on my postuer

Learning to “build consistency with a task that is not daunting” I discovered by accident, and necessity 2 years ago when I shuffled into the gym at the age of 44, a construction worker my whole life, and previous not so good high school athlete, I had a history of going too hard too soon. To the point where I couldn’t keep up the consistency. This quote “build consistency with a task that is not daunting” perfectly verbalizes what I have been trying to tell people who I can see have the same misinformation I grew up with!
