  1. Super inspiring and awesome. I've recent rediscovered walking…

I'm in a calorie deficit till xmas and what with lifting and work, I wanted to burn some low impact extra calories so I set my steps to 16000 a day.

Even though I'm active at work and have been for years, my day also includes long drives and I realised I'd become sedentry in my recovery time due to being knackered. Walkings given me a huge amount of extra movement without adding to my recovery burden.

I've got a walking pad and watching telly while walking I find massively stops me from falling into doom scroll brain drain.

It's sorting my hip and shoulder issues and posture, and some weird lower ab weakness I had. It's got me outdoors and in the world and massively boosted my mental health and sleep.

Also realised how weak my ankles had become, very much have builder strength, I can shovel materials and carry blocks all day but I feel heavy on my feet and my agility has suffered these last 5 years.

I'll give it a few more weeks of the high step count then chuck in some runs, and now you've got me inspired to put in a calisthenics day for gnarly burpee variations and some climbing and dance for variation.

Great stuff thanks for the inspiration!

  2. I've spent the last 4 years training mostly for max strength with a bit of mobility and occasional a tiny bit of cardio with a terrible diet. Now strength is on maintenance and I'm focusing on mobility, plyos and cardio for at least 6 months. All training is fun, but the diet side of things is so much harder.

  3. As I'm getting older I'm seeing the light total body fitness is supreme. I want to be 60 still able to run over 2 miles, push-ups, sit-up and what else. I want to be able to play with my future grandchildren without keeling over dead from a heart attack lol.

  4. Without overcomplicating my message, although the overall call for general fitness is something good, the way of making these videos (length, speech, movements and scenes ) makes you feel overwhelmed and is generally unpleasant.
Wonder why there aren't tons of Bioneers out there or milions following this approach? Just thinking about how many things you need to approach is overwhelming and i feel that people need simplification and less words.

  5. Need some tips for recovery. I 35 and i noticing it taking me longer to recover. I eat a clean high protein diet and get at least 8 hour of sleep, but i feel muscle soreness longer then I felt a year ago.
