Lots of great songs on appetite for destruction but Knocking on Heaven Doors live at the Ritz is an awesome version, Welcome to the Jungle (talking about getting by in the concrete jungle of LA), Paradise City (Axl crying out to go back to his hometown after getting depressed trying to make it as a rock star in LA by hustling in the streets), Move to the City (story of Axl dropping out of high-school and moving to LA to become a Rockstar), Patience (slow acoustic one), really any song on Appetite for Destruction like Night Train, Rocket Queen, and Mr. Brownstone also Don't Cry, Live and Let Die, Civil War. Im 46 years old now and i grew up with Guns N' Roses and i loved the smile you both got on Slash his guitar solo…..it did when i was younger.
Axl Rose definitely has that kind of voice you can recognize immediately.

Patience… civil war, my Michelle. All bangers. Axle sang his ass off and Slash is one of the best guitarists in rock. They were the first rock band to drop two full albums at the same time. We had to wait so long after patience ep then bam 2 at once. They took a big chance there but they were really well though out and produced and sounded great. Love GNR.
