  1. Hey, I can do it 0:04
Lyrics when he hears that fire alarm, Sam is always cool and calm. Someone might be an jam so hurry hurry fireman Sam he’s always on the scene fireman Sam and his engines spread and clean fireman Sam you cannot ignore. Sam is the next door.

  2. When he hears that it’s about time, Fireman Sam is basically Mr. Mime.

Once he freaking killed Norman Price, we all freaking knew that Sam isn’t nice.

So move out of the way, cause Fireman Sam just drunk a lot of beer at the Drunken Clam!

He likes a lot of vore, Sam is a very big bore!

At the fire station he limps in, Sam saw the entire family of the Simpsons.

Fireman Sam’s eye got a freaking bruise. Feeling that it’s all because of his shoes!

He’s always contemplative, Fireman Sam! He doesn’t even give, Fireman Sam!

He likes a lot of vore, Sam is a very big bore!

  3. Hearing it with out the lyrics makes you realize how surprisingly little the lyrics and the melody have in common. The lyrics seem to follow the beat of their own drum in most places. Not saying that's necessarily a bad thing, but rather a testament to how well the tunes and lyrics blend together.

  4. Bloody hell I love this theme. It’s always with classic children’s TV programs mainly from the 80s that are just infinitely superior to current children’s television themes. Prime examples being Postman Pat and especially Thomas the Tank Engine. But, though coming in way after in 1987 with Fireman Sam comes in with an upbeat, groovy, funky theme, with a driving beat, powerful leading synths and guitar. It makes to be one of the most iconic and greatest TV show themes of all time, though the new one is just crap compared to this.

  5. When he hears the fire bell chime,
Fireman Sam is there on time.

Putting on his coat and hat,
In less than seven seconds flat.

He's always on the scene, Fireman Sam.
And his engine's bright and clean, Fireman Sam.

    You cannot ignore,
Sam is the hero next door.

    Driving down the busy streets,
    Greeting people that he meets.

Someone could be in a jam
    So hurry, hurry, Fireman Sam.

He's always on the scene, Fireman Sam.

And his engine's bright and clean, Fireman Sam.

    You cannot ignore,

Sam is the hero next door.

  6. Really well done! Such a great tune and some really great instrumentation underpinning the theme. Although I didn't watch it much as a kid, I really enjoy listening to the theme as an adult as it's very catchy.

  7. I do think the GCI series lost alot of charm, sure its got newer and better equipment and more cast; however the theme tune and looks kinda ruins is a little. 😅
