  1. The police know who was driving, what happened & spoke 2 everyone involved. If Tyler got out of the car & was witnessed by the Good Samaritan. All these questions are just adding a bunch of confusion 2 an accident. Grab Tyler & do what you've got 2 do.

  2. No way would I have gotten in the back of that Police Car as a witness! This guy thinks he's helping the police, now he's going 2 lose weeks of time, maybe have 2 hire an attorney & deal with a whole bunch of BS from both sides! He'll never forget this night!

  3. Wow the impact literally ripped that young man apart it took his leg off a threw it almost 100 yards and blew his brain right out of his skull and undoubtedly alot more injuries they didn’t mention😢

  4. I wish people can just take accountability for their choices. It may not be the outcome that they want, but lying rarely produces a better outcome. I wish people could understand that. Your lies catch up to you. Now a young man is dead his family destroyed, and Tyler’s mother the only one who told the truth her life ruined as well.

  5. That cop that cuffed and searched the Dad at the station told the Mom about the cash in Dad's pocket 'The jail's gonna take it. So,it's better if you keep it.' Then she said 'The county jail will take it in a money machine. So, you're better taking it.'.

    THAT'S NASTY !!!!

Depending on Dad's arraignment etc, if he was in jail that money would be put on his books and he could use it to set-up and make jail phone calls, buy things from commissary, and some jails charge you to see medical etc etc. And yes, a percentage of all of that is taken as 'processing fees' etc.

And then the other side: Even if you were only in for a few days and you didn't have access yet to use your 'book' when they release you they may instead of handing you the actual cash you had, or the same amount of cash …they'll give you a cash card, like a debit card, that you can use to access your money. Either by using it as a debit card for purchases or going to an atm. And yes they charge you for that card, and I'm sure for the usage as well.

If possible I'd take an amount of cash with me so it would be put on my books, even if I was released fast and lost a small percentage in the end….Why ?

    PAGE TWO !!!!!!!

  6. Think about this, in the sixties speed signs were in the nineties and over a hundred and no seat belts. We'd pass rusted wreck cars all along the highways as we traveled from Chicago to Louisiana to visit family during the summer. I feel fortunate to have survived period on the roads especially in the car with my brothers and their friends, they drove stupid fast and never once stopped for speeding!

  7. I hate the fact that people are considered guilty or it looks more guilty when they don't answer questions. Because that's not always the case and just to let you know I'm as guilty of that as anybody else. Especially when it comes to this type of situation. Because like probably most people my mind goes to the person was impaired and they're just trying to minimize their responsibility in this situation. Because one thing I hate is impaired drivers

  8. Driving on the wrong side of the road should Never be dismissed! The fines should be doubled. That is terrifying for the general public to see a vehicle barreling toward you in Your lane. Talk about your life flashing before your eyes. And look what happened here!

  9. Code of the Ghetto: Never "rat out" another who has committed crimes. Never "rat out" yourself either. Always blame someone else. Always lie to the police. Always avoid responsibility by running away or driving away.

  10. He'll probably just get some probation and walk away with some fines. This guy is trash so is his wife for lying obviously trying to cover it up for him but she wasn't smart enough for that

  11. He probably got back in the car and took off because he had to get something or somebody probably with something on them had to get out of it, and once he got that out of it he came back. Their IQ is always low. He didn't seem very hyped up he seemed to be pretty mellow the whole time. Considering what just happened this dude doesn't carry either
