I knew a lot of fans speculated on Roark being a fallen angel and Fantasy Island being purgatory…But if he was a fallen angel, the devil wouldn't be after him, he already had him. I always thought he was just an angel (most likely) or Melchizedek (who some people believe never died) and the Island was The Garden of Eden.
