  1. Little correction here guys! The inhale and exhale should be the other way around for the Hindu Squat 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’ll make a vid discussing the exercise specifically in future, as there’s a lot more to it 😁 Thanks for all the congrats and birthday wishes!

  2. I see a lot of exercises which probably led to all them flower pots to be lied all around the garden rather than worked on 😂
I kinda have similar garden to yours so we all know we love our exercises rather than garden, right? 😎
Great video, always great videos Adam 🤔 😎

  3. Love the channel!! We have a ton of commonalities in our training modalities. Although I have a slightly different approach on some things, due to having a very physical job, meaning I spend 40 hours a week on certain weighted mobility excersizes and also train functional, strength, mobility, calisthenics at home. The biggest thing is the will to be mobile and healthy. Our commonalities are what matter, regardless our differences

  4. Sigh. I'm in my 40s and have only begun to show interest in calisthenics. Exercising to lose weight and build a physique is way easier because the focus would be aesthetics. But when the focus in on performance, eg doing a front lever, it's so much harder. There are muscles that you use for calisthenics that the average person never uses in every day life let alone develop.

Even 30 mins of a mixture of pullups and push ups make my joints ache. Lol. My teen son could do a passable elbow lever and handstand after a few tries. I cannot even do a frog stance. 😅

  5. Im pretty new at my mma gym but I have been preparing with kettlebells for about a month or two, really slowly over a year, and I'm tearing dudes up with alot more experience then me. They think im talented but i know that i am actually prepared. These bullet proofing exercises were critical in fixing issues i got from 15 plus years of doing hard labor jobs like logging, roofing, and various construction. What was more shocking is how quickly most of these small issues went away. Thanks man, its really massive.
