Can I take Bromelaine supplement instead of eating fresh pineapple? Is that the same thing, as I am trying to avoid the excess sugar.

What about supplementing bromelain?
I've been taking a bromelain supplement for two months twice daily, and it has done nothing to diminish my large black floater. At least I notice no change.

Bromelain first came to my attention during the pandemic….it was shown to be effective in the treatment of blood clot reduction. Largely because some people after receiving the vaccine claimed to experience blood clotting!.
I have floaters in both of my eyes. When I look at a television or a mobile screen, I experience pain. I am only 23.

Actually, I started eating pineapple today before I even seen your video which I thank God for that. I do have floaters. Multiple ones. I’ve had them since 1980. I’m going to start eating three slices of pineapple a day. you say 166 g? I’ll let you know how it goes in three months.

Got debunk this is BS. Just saw my eye specialist. Brought in a list from one of these guys and went through all 4 successions and each was one was explained and was totally useless.

It's likely that any protease would help dissolve floaters e.g. Nattokinase, serapeptase, lumbrokinase, papain, etc…

The other things which can help floaters are Vitamin C and Zinc. Keep the blood sugar low especially in Diabetics.
The other ingredients/ Amino acids that help Floater by reducing the inflammation are Choline, Inositol, Methionine and L- lysine preferably on an empty stomach.
I heard it on a Vlog on YouTube but has not tried it.

Does bromelain supplements protect the retinal of the after surgery of retinal detachment?
Consumed massive amounts of fresh pineapple the last few years and noticed no improvements in my eye floaters. At least the fiber proved beneficial.
I have successfully completed the Pineapple Challenge. 60days/3months. Did it work? Definitely YES. At first, like everybody I did not believe it would be possible to reduce floaters through a natural cure like pineapple, even though I saw youtube videos. Then later I came across, Taiwan Clinical Study which showed reduction of floaters by 70% those who have consumed Pineapple for 3 months. I researched more and find out that pineapple contains an enzyme which helps to reduce floaters. This clinical study and the youtube comments with a significant amount of people reported saying they found a reduction in floaters made me to start the Pineapple Challenge. At first, I started eating Pineapple for a week, I started eating pineapple 100grams ×3 slices, total of 300grams per day. This contains 900mg of bromelain. I found it difficult to measure out and get Pineapple from store each time, made it a huge task for me. Therefore my alternative option was to get bromelain supplement from Amazon which served the same purpose. The bromelain supplement I bought was named Amazing formulas. 500mg per serving, 120 total tablets. I'm just mentioning this because to make you guys understand how I took the supplement each day. It does not matter what brand you get as long as it is bromelain enzyme. I started having one tablet in the morning as I wake up, 500mg and one in the night time, when I go to sleep. A total of 1000mg of bromelain each day. Since my brand of supplement, contained 120 tablets, I had to buy 1 more of the supplement because it only lasts for 2 months. So technically, I have completed the Pineapple 120 days/4 months. My results was just unbelievable, I have like 80 percent reduction in floaters that's crazy. Taiwan study say like 70percent, maybe because I have consumed more. It is a dose dependent natural cure, means more u have higher likely of success. I'm a young person, I had stable floaters for 2 years, for me how it developed was through heavy video gaming, heavy digital eye strain, sad but true computers can get you eye disease even at a young age. I could not look at a white sky, blue sky, I tried to avoid looking up the sky because it was filled with floaters everywhere, it was just horrible especially when you have so much life ahead of you. I was depressed, I was dead inside as eyes are the major part of our life as we see everything. This made me to realize the importance of eye, and stopped the gaming addiction as well. This is a good advice to the young folks out there. Technically my floaters is reduced by 80% and yes the 20% is still there but I have to observe like the magnifying glass or concentrate like I'm meditating to find out if I have any. I don't see at all, it's really difficult to find at day to day life. I can look at white sky, blue sky again and not at all visible anymore like the time before I developed floaters. Everybody should try this and find out yourself. I also found out from the Taiwan study that 30% of people might not see any difference at all because of how our body works, not everyone is same. I went on carnivore diet and within a week they were almost gone. Barely noticeable. Will be interesting to see if they disappear entirely!

I've had eye floaters since I was 13 years old. Recently, I went on a low-gluten diet to deal with inflammation issues. (Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley and rye.) One day I was laying on my bed looking up at the ceiling when one of my eye floaters uncoiled itself and fell apart as I watched. A few weeks later, the same thing happened while I was cleaning my deep freezer. Since then, most of eye floaters have disappeared and there are only two left which have reduced in size considerably. And just in case you're wondering, I changed nothing else in my diet. I believe that within the next few months they will all be gone. Give it a try, it might just work for you too. Plus, it's cheap because there is nothing to buy.
An Interesting Side Effect of Having Gone Low Gluten.
Though I have no allergies, for years I would keep a bottle of nasal spray near my bed to deal with chronic nighttime stuffiness. I was fine during the day, but as soon as I would lay down to sleep, I would get a stuffy nose. However, since I went low-gluten, my stuffy nighttime nose has disappeared. I haven't used my nasal spray in months.

Dry fasting a year ago has significantly reduced numerous, medium-sized "fish" in the "aquarium". Carnivore diet after the fast prevented them from returning like before. Will try bromelain to get rid of the last of them. Thank you for discussing this natural tip!
