  1. I learned about nitric oxide some about 6 years ago as to how it can heal one's body. At the young age of 70 after a battle with chronic bronchitis I suddenly acquired 4 allergies which eventually evolved into asthma, requiring the highest level of medication.
Those of us who are nose breathers automatically produce a low level of NO, but can increase that significantly by doing a specific breathing exercise for 30 minutes. My main problem with asthma was an irregular breathing rhythm which was resolved with a newly approved, very expensive therapy, but also has its side effects, such as nasal blockage, runny nose, sneezing not due to normal conditions, and nasal inflammation.
I was able to resolve those issues within 4 days, doing a specific breathing exercise for 30 minutes, twice a day, and have not had any problem for over 5 years, to include not getting a cold in winter.
Before I started that routine, which I continue to this day only once a day, I also read 2 specific medical reports supporting the effects of increasing a significant amount of NO in a short time period. There are numerous reports on how it also increases our blood flow through our arteries, etc. It's been a great help for me and others. The right foods are helpful, and breathing exercise is the topping on the cake.

  3. '' Oh! My Camera battery is dying. '' 😂😂 But I believe justice is done to the subject already, the battery 🔋 failure was late. You are amazing, your teaching on this subject is well understood, keep it up. Thank you, Dr. Rachael.

  4. Years ago i read that when you pronounce the letter "N" is when you vibrate your sinuses the most. Your tongue pushing up on the ceiling of your mouth directs the vibration to the sinuses. So when in the act instead of saying yes yes say now now!🙂
