  1. How does you move up in the weight if you does not increase weight periodically and only pump yourself up. I want strength to back up my arm muscle. Is this supersets considered progressive in resistance? It seems to be pump up to show off muscles like they do backstage at bodybuilding contest. I want to move up in the weights I use gradually if slowly. I want to see thats weight go higher as I get stronger, not just show. How best to achieve this?

  2. People need to wise up and stop listening to these steroid freaks. If you want to train steroid free, look for someone who is truly steroid free, or just follow a well thought out resistance routine that involves moderation. No need to kill yourself….and don't listen to this guy. He's pumped full of TRT or steroids…or both.

You should just say hey man I do steroids or I do some kind of form of a steroid and at my age it's impossible to look like this without a good vitamin regimen steroids LOL and eating well and working out hard cuz that would be more truthful than the way he looks at his age and if he is like that natural I want to see his blood work and I want him to do it for 3 months straight every other week f*** that 6 months straight every other week. Other than that I don't want her nothing. He has to say that hasn't been said by somebody else before
