nohomo bro 😀
i am grateful that i was an adventurous kid. i walked on my hands n the handstand position almost just as much as my feet n my arms are to show for it
I just wanted to say thank you for that video. Luca
I have a plated broken wrist so my mobility is limited. I can do 90 degrees with my right hand and maybe 75 degrees with my left. Is there another way to handstand that doesn't require full flexion of the wrist? Like on a block maybe?
Another great video.
Dat Virtua Fighter select screen! XD
This is amazing
I was a gymnast for a long time but I haven't done a proper handstand in probably 7 years. Time to get back to it I guess
I never knew Noel Fielding was so talented!
Always flares up my ganglion cyst in my wrist tho 🙁
Is screw your arms the same as external rotating your arm
Hey bioneer, can you do a video on exercise ball for mobility training?
Dope intro with the player select!
The way you explained this made me feel a lot more confident in working on handstands on my own. I've had some fear of jumping up into them after I tried it once, and went a little too far and bent a finger too far back. Ever since I haven't been able to try again, but I'm going to work some handstand practice into my days again.
What do i need to do to convince you to do jiu-jitsu? It's so damn brainy, complex, effortfull, estimulating and many other things bro.
What is your actual workout routine? Do you actually preform the workout from your ebook or do you do something else?
Handstand is a personal goal, couldn't even do it as a kid.
Sometimes i read your channel name too fast and i think im watching a video by someone called 'the boner'.
completely off topic but i think you should make a video about studying sometime. just regular plain old boring studying. i have a lot of problems with it and i’ve been trying to improve that skill
This man knows how Ayahuasca tastes
Love the “selection” of either you, Liam, or Grant
Can you make Hanayama Kaoru training
🔥💪🏽💪🔥🏅🏆🌿👍🏽👍
Walk-walks are an awesome exercise.
Guys, I got really injured a couple of times by learning handstands outside without a wall, I didn't know how to fall. When you are at this stage, to prevent a hard hit on the floor, practice raising one hand when you feel that you are going forward before practicing anything else. It's a miracle I'm still alive, but hopefully you won't injure yourselves 😅
Incredible video, really covers many aspects of the handstand: safety, progressions. Thank you, I am going to implement this into my training. Thanks again. G.
One thing that helped accelerate my progress was to practice far enough away from the wall so I could kick up and balance my handstand, but I still had the wall for support when overbalancing.
Liam's eyes can cure the world of all negativity… they're so beautiful… I forgot this was a handstand tutorial.
He has the [Limitless Six Eyes] of Gojo Satoru
I'm just curious.
Do you train any grapplings and climbing skills?
Is there a way to train our eyesight?
And lastly, this might sounded a little silly😅, since you train so many things, do you train your finger and toe nails to be stronger and more functional too?
How did you all of the bioneer collaborators come to know each other?
Thank you so much Liam! (and Adam for bringing him to us) I’ve been trying to learn to handstand for a few years, but I’m now reinspired to implement these tips and get to the point where I can actually balance away from the wall. Also, I liked the cool intro 👌😊
for some reason. doing a handstand outside feels easier. perhaps its a mental thing.
Thank you for this tutorial. I'd love to do a handstand one day even of it's only for a few seconds.
Sometimes, when you're out in public, you have time to do these, but it feels weird.
I love the pick your fighter edit at the beginning 👌🤓
