Our town experienced something similar. The 6A Texas State Champions in Softball was won by our girls, who were down 9-3 bottom of the 7th. With one out, they were able to bring the score 9-7, and a girl who was already 0-3 by the time she went to bat for her 4th time, was at full count, with bases loaded, and hit a grand slam home run, bringing the score 11-9 and won! Y’all check out Weslaco softball state champions!
