I have a few baby monitors to compare the Eufy C10 to.
First, I’ll note the good. I love Eufy products and own several already, including wearable breast pumps, light sensing night lights, robot vacuums, etc. So I was excited when I saw that they had baby monitors too. My favorite feature is that it can be viewed from both a standalone monitor that does not require WiFi and can be connected to WiFi to also see it on your phone. We really wanted a solution like this that allowed us to have visibility from the app if we weren’t home, but also lets our nanny have visibility if she’s in another room while baby is napping. The video is fantastic compared to our Nanit, Ring, and HelloBaby cameras/monitors. Even in night vision mode, it’s pretty clear. The screen also lets you zoom in, HelloBaby doesn’t. We haven’t tried the video storage option yet, you have to supply your own SD card, but it’s great that it doesn’t require a subscription to save videos like Nanit and Ring do.
Now for the not so good. The camera can’t angle down as much as I hoped for. However, I just have it flat on a shelf, comparing it to our Ring that’s wall mounted and Hello Baby and Nanit that are on gooseneck style stands, all of those allow us to get better angles when looking down into cribs and playpens. The other con is that there’s no adjustable kickstand for the portable monitor. There’s a base built into it allowing it to be at an angle, but that angle is very specific to someone’s height, if it’s on a table vs counter, etc. Our HelloBaby monitor has an adjustable kickstand which we use often. Nanit just announced that they’ll be releasing a monitor in 2026, but $150 pre-release price on top of an already expensive camera, no thanks.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this Eufy C10 baby monitor. It functions as it says it will, battery life seems pretty good for the day I’ve tried it out, and when comparing to other options, this has so many great features for a very good price. It’s priced between HelloBaby and Nanit, but has all of the features I was looking for. And I love that you can have alot of video storage without an extra fee, if you provide your own SD card.
