  1. Paul, having just started watching your videos, I am a rejuvenated person. I've been going to the gym for years…gained a little muscle, lost a little fat, but haven't made any "real" changes. I've learned so much from your videos so far after watching a handful of them. Thank you and keep 'em coming.

  2. I believe you could get more out of your curls if you were to focus on stretching the muscles at the bottom even more. Also, your first movement is using momentum from body english, not biceps.

  3. Ok, now I have a question? What if you have high metabolism and slowly and I mean slowly like a snail picking up weight? I'm getting stronger but muscle mass I'm not getting. Why is that?

  4. So glad I found this channel! You’re helping this old dude turn back the hands of time! I was already on a good path, but your info seemed to fill in the details and is really making the difference, much appreciated bro 😉👏🔥💪

  5. Thanks the conversation at the end really made sense the way you put it ,talking about people at the gym on the treadmill and never looking different that was me im going to be 50 soon and I want to look awesome because most don't at 50 there's a lot in the fitness industry but your age and way the u explain it makes sense and motivates me thanks glad I found your channel keep up the great work ✌️

  6. Try this Paul its a unique exercise for biceps I came up with, this is how you do it, start out with two dumbells in the hammer position, keep the dumbells touching together, bring the dumbells up together still maintaining the dumbells touching together, near the top of the movement move the dumbells to a v positon, keeping the bottom part of the dumbells still touching together
the wider the v made you will feel both heads of the bicep being worked as well as the excellent contraction.
