Entitled Woman Has Violent Meltdown After Refusing To Leave Lavish Hotel | Police Bodycam
Police bodycam captures West Palm Beach officers responding to the Lavish Hotel on North Narcissus Avenue after security called 911 on a drunk and disorderly woman causing a scene in the bar and lobby. Witnesses say she was falling down drunk, screaming at hotel staff, and refusing to leave. Officers gave her multiple chances to walk out peacefully, but she attacked a hotel guest during the escort. When police moved in to arrest her, she went combative kicking, scratching, and punching officers.
The suspect was identified as 36-year-old Julia Moorhead. She was transported to the Larry Fisher Emergency Center for evaluation, then booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on four charges: resisting an officer with violence, criminal mischief, trespass in an occupied structure, and disorderly intoxication. Moorhead later entered a no contest plea. She was sentenced to probation, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment, 20 hours of community service, and $897 in court costs and fees.
