This is a nice low-impact, low-intensity workout. You can make it more intense doing a light jog instead of walking and using a couple of small dumbbells.

I wanted to send my thanks to each of you for helping with my recovery. I had surgery recently for breast cancer. Part of my recovery is to attend physical therapy sessions to regain movement, strength, and mobility in my arms. Many of the arm movements in your workouts mimic the exercises in my physical therapy sessions. So when I get bored with static movements, I use your videos to add some excitement to my workouts (with some modifications as needed). Thank you for helping me on my road to recovery. You guys are the very best & I appreciate you every day!!!!! 🙂
