    This is a nice low-impact, low-intensity workout. You can make it more intense doing a light jog instead of walking and using a couple of small dumbbells.

  3. I wanted to send my thanks to each of you for helping with my recovery. I had surgery recently for breast cancer. Part of my recovery is to attend physical therapy sessions to regain movement, strength, and mobility in my arms. Many of the arm movements in your workouts mimic the exercises in my physical therapy sessions. So when I get bored with static movements, I use your videos to add some excitement to my workouts (with some modifications as needed). Thank you for helping me on my road to recovery. You guys are the very best & I appreciate you every day!!!!! 🙂

    했네요! 몇번따라 했지만 힘들어서 중간에 그만두었는데 정말땀이 많이
    나고 사워하고나니 기분이 좋고 몸이 가벼워진 느낌 상쾌합니다!~^^
