Los ejercicios están muy buenos y me gustan…lo que no me gusta es que hablan mucho más la chica habla mucho y desconcentran contento que hablan …en vez de eso mejor que le pongan música como en otros vídeos…por tanto que hablan se equivocan…me gusta los ejercicios pero es una opinión para que puedan mejorar sus videos y los siga haciendo 👍

  9. I stumbled across your channel a week ago and tried the routines. I love the videos! This is my 2nd week and I am trying each one of them. I like the different duration, sweat-worthiness and variations. It allows me to build a regiment according to time availability, endurance and specific areas to work on. You guys and gals are a wonderful bunch of people!
