Elon I have spoken to you before,I hear you ❣️ I was a management, and marketing consultant ,in the eighties ,I was a consultant to the small business area , owners would come to me with problems 😔 however to find, issues in the business I would always go into the business at floor level ,as that is where , you find the issues that causing staff ,and behaviour problems

Even Musk visited his school in Pretoria after 52 years. He met one Janitor who knew him and from him Musk got the happenings of the past.
Musk used to sit in Science labs and the Janutor silenky kept coffee for him. From the pathetic confition of the school Musk realized the. finance crunch experiencd the management and he did help not only renovating the school but also gave welfare scheme for staff.

During down fall of the company I was first removed from the company because the salary was higher compared to others.
However advance indication was given that company was not doing well.

I believe Elon is a good man trying to hire those in need. Don’t go against what he’s doing but why his doing it. He’s only looking out for his company. Worry about the company folding or moving out of state when all the companies of Silicon Vally moved out and you get caught by surprise that the company is moving out and you were used of that nice check coming in every week. Elon just wants honest people in his company and help those to grow with his honest kindness. If you have a good paying job, protect it and grow with the company. Sometimes it’s not the owners fault but your own coworkers with there jealousy that put you on the no good list and get you fired. Focus on been honest and doing your best for you and the company. Be happy you have a job and do your best for the company. Hopefully they appreciate your work and keep you for a long time working.
