    3. Brush – 4.30
    3. Exercise 30 mins – 5
    4. Cleaning duties – 5.20.
    5. Washroom and other miscellaneous task – 6.
    6. Bath – 6.15
    7. Pray and gratitude – 6.30.
    8. Breakfast – 7.

  2. Unfortunately that list isn't feasible for everyone, I already wake up at 6h20 just so I can make it on time at work, pair that with my ADHD and OCD, and you're looking at me waking up at 4am ☠️

  3. im 13 i go to sleep at 7:00 – 8:00pm and wake up at 4:00am and then i take a shower and then get changed, after that i go down stairs drink some water and read a book and then tke so time to breathe and then i go for a walk and then i have breakfast

    Doable. I wake up at 6:30 AM almost every day.
    2. "Get out of bed immediately"
    Doable. But I don't always do it (for example, on weekends I stay in bed for a bit more time)

    Gotta start doing this.

    Never done before.

    Don't have time. I wake up at 6:30 to leave home at 7:20, and my home is far from the gym. Also, I usually prefer showering at night.

    Doable.
    7. "Write to-do list"
    Never done before.
