  1. lifting too much is very bad for your health, accept if you want to join a competition or something, but for normal lifters just lift what improves your back muscles without damaging your joints and bones.

  2. Blossom trying to say blood clots and heart attacks are as much of a part of every woman’s health struggle as menstruation, cervical and ovarian problems is actually hilarious

  3. And here I is… Being happy if I can deadlift a whoppin' 70kg! (I have health issues as well, so I can't lift too heavy. Not that it would be much heavier otherwise). But for real ''im stuck at 420'' damn bro!
