  1. Hi ~ I just came across this video and I’m jazzed! I’m only about 3 minutes into it and just had to say, I L.O.V.E. what I’m seeing! I’m 65 and not as strong or healthy as I’d like to be. I get started and do ok for awhile, then slack off and my arms get all scrawny again. You are such an inspiration and I plan on moving more and eating better. I just had my 60th birthday and am determined to be as young and vibrant as you are in 10 years. I do have a question for you… do you know about how many grams of protein you eat per day? I've tried researching on the internet and the answers vary so much, I don't know who to believe. But you are the proof in the pudding and your answer holds more weight for me than any of the 'studies'. Thanks so much for all you do!

  5. Dear Pauline, I have been vegan for 4 years now. Last year, I met a woman in her late 70s who had been vegan for 20 years, vegetarian for 30 years before that. She was the most spry woman of her age I have ever met and she told me she had no joint/physical pain at all. Takes no supplements either. Now, after finding your channel I am even more convinced that being plant-based is the way to go. You are such an inspiration and I hope to be as healthy and happy as you in 50 years!   6. Hello stunning lady! I loved seeing your feed from this day. I love everything you ate, including rice and beans is the basis of the most traditional dish here in Brazil. I love garlic and onions, you seasoned the salad just like I learned it from my mum but sometimes we substitute mapple syrup for honey because it is not so easy to find in markets here, as well as the Shitake that I eat more in Asian restaurants. But avocado is my life, I have 3 avocado trees at home. Thank you for always sharing your radiant glow with us, have a great week
