Mickey andrews wasnt a great recruiter. You just need a few guys on staff who excel at recruiting, not every guy.
Really not a fan of any coach that worked with Mike in the past. Mike gets too personal with coach and can’t separate Family with Business. The fans MADE Mike fire the 3 he did. It’s all business. Get some young, hot, fresh fire faces and get this ball rolling
No ties to Norvell. You want proven, go after Venables, great DC. Other than that, go after an NFL guy, change the culture. Being an NFL guy, they’ll already have a leg up on recruiting

Dan Lanning coached under Norvell. Just saying! Oregon gets a boat load of money from Nike. That’s why they’re able to recruit the way they do. Every coach at Oregon has done well, even Taggart.
I hope Norvell looks at assistants from Georgia or Kentucky for a possible DC.
Offensively, I hope Norvell gets an OC that puts a lot of guys in motion (eye candy) for the opposing defenses, and uses a really good mobile QB.
Mushamp's son was the QB for UGA towards the end of the Orange Bowl against FSU lol. He has since graduated now tho. No longer with the school (UGA).
