  1. Louis, I found All Blanc channel 6 months ago. I started with this post. I thought I was fit from riding my bike 15 kms everyday. 😳 I did this video and stopped 3 times but continued to incorporate your workouts into my exercise regime. In March, I had finals to prepare etc so I sadly stopped working out but this week I returned. Today, I started again with this workout. I did the entire workout without pausing 😁. Just getting my body back up to speed. Thank you all your workouts! I ❤ them all! I tell people if you think your fit, try doing All Blanc video without stopping 🤭😁 Ryo has great form! I’m telling on James 😂 when he’s at the back, he is taking a break 😂 Mark was hugging the wall 😂 you guys make working out fun ❤️ my neighbors must be wondering who is Louis, because I always yell out when I do your workouts, “Louis, are you nuts?” 😂 BTW, ❤ your guests and the Twins 👯❤️🙋🏼‍♀️

  2. Thank you! I'm struggling so much with my weight and constantly dieting at only 1000 calories a day (with nutritionist help) and can only ever maintain. Swinging between 250-280 lbs is super hard on my joints and all the exercise videos want me to jump a lot and do burpees. That is hard on my knees and not good for my wrists. I have found Asian work out videos use more everyday movement rather than Western videos that want you to train like a US Marine or some 20 yr old instagram model.

  3. Day 1 :12 mins only 😂 (starting this right after doing a Chloe ting ab workout was not a good idea 💀)
    It's hard so I love it,will do it more
    Day 2: 16 mins (I do Chloe first that's why) could had done more but mom is calling me aloy😂

  5. This is a good work out!!! I am a 63 year old DNA Chromosome 'W O M A N'…a prior military service member…and these exercises were very doable and invigorating for me !!! Reminded me of those morning and evening PT sessions, with all squads in our platoon out on the field, doing similar strength building workouts…More than likely these home walking routines are Korean Military PT exercises…Good Deal !!!

    3 weeks ago I came across you guys on YouTube and reallized this is the perfect excercise for me.
    I'm. I am alredy seeing good results, such as being more steady on my feet and feeling less stiff. I love the low impact.I gave up the gym and workout with you every evening, and I love it. Also the visuals are NICE.
