The floor press and chest I never feel my chest burning just my arms and shoulders letting discouraged cause I don't feel like I'm working the chest. Don't know if im ding it properly
This video is great for many reasons. First off the video is of great quality and easy to follow along. Second the music is great. A nice and smooth beat. Third the exercises are great. You will feel the the burn after a minute. Thank you very much I enjoyed the workout.

Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

I use the 20’s up to 11:59 then i go up to 30’s. And do the routine twice. Shocks the muscles real good! Thats what i love about these videos. You can go with different variations and find what works for you. Bully gives us the guide lines to operate with in. Just gotta eat right and keep at it and the results will show i promise!
