The only person injured in this video was the officer driving, the suspect fled the seen and was later caught at a local Walmart. He was jumping and doing cartwheels when they found him

Yeah, except for this is a dumb clip because that’s not what happened he did not distract the police. The police was distracted and driving at high speeds when he shouldn’t be and lost control of the vehicle has nothing to do with the guy in the back. stop taking clips from another videos and trying to make them out to be worse than what they already are.
