    day one: i’m shaking so hard after this… but nvm i will keep up this workout!

  2. trying to do this AT LEAST 3 times a week for 2 (or more if i have energy) weeks !!!

    day 1: ✅️ my arms hurt so much during and after those plank related excercises 😭😭 finished it, tho I took a few long breaks 🫶 I think the reason it was a bit more difficult than usual was bc I did it w long sleeves and heavy pants 💀 its okay tho bc that means the workout was more effective since I had more weight I was carrying!!! most annoying thing was that i kept slipping since i dont have workout shoes, idk if those would help much tho bc my hands were rlly sweaty too 😓

    day 2: ✅️ im so proud rn, it was sm easier than yesterday!! i also saw a difference in my stomach + weight!! (i did the 2020 two week shred ab workout too) push-ups were so hard tho-

    EXTRA: i usually go to this workout everytime i have a random motivation to workout (i do an excercise vid daily but i cant get enough energy and motivation to do this one everyday too) but the problem is that mid workout ill get a bunch of self deprecating thoughts and i lose all of my strength and take a 5-10 minute break, or sometimes even give up. the worst part is that im not even tired when i do this, my brain just tells me "ur too weak for this, just stop." and for some reason, i listen. my solution to this? im just gonna go deaf towards the negative part of my mind. ive been told many times im very pessimistic (😅) so im gonna try to be more positive and have more hope in myself!! im gonna keep trying after all these breaks, bc even if im not doing all of these one excercise after another, its better than just not doing this at all. i hope i look back at this comment, smile, and continue on w my workout <3
