  4. I followed this for only about 2 minutes. The instructor is going slower than the beat of the music. I know this isn't for aerobic dancing but the music is loud enough to be dance cardio. When the movements are off the beat of the music the music becomes less relevant and closer to ambient. So it's better to either move to the beat or greatly lower the volume.😢

  5. I always start my workout with this video and then continue it with any of the Home Walking/TABATA/HIIT workout from this channel too. Been doing this for about a months and I can feel my body getting more refreshed than ever!
