  1. Today's morning meditation video was this one. Thanks again for an amazing video and a wonderful morning stretch . My day will be so much better now because of it.

Have a great day yourself , as you give so much of your self for all of our betterment

  2. This channel is the most amazing on the entire YouTube! Josh and Trevor are so down to Earth! They are helping us daily and they do it with a smile on their face!😁🥰
Not to mention that Josh's voice is so calming, that it makes it the only channel I like that it's not with music in the background during follow alongs!😁

  3. I started using this video and another one of the mobility videos about a week ago and my sciatica and hip already feel like they can do more without hurting. I can't wait to see what it feels like after a month. Thank you 💜

  4. This video is dope! I hope it keeps growing 🔥
God is teaching me how to be more present, and I’m grateful. I battle with procrastination, but I’m realizing it’s peace in His presence 👑

  5. Hello, sir! – my name is Andrew Gibson, I am 60, and I have been doing this video and about 2-3 others for about a year now, and I stretch 5 days a week. I really love the flexibility, but I have been noticing knee pain; where if I sit “Indian style and I go to straighten my legs, that my knees hurt. Also, I stretch my hip flexors every day but they still hurt. Do you have a program that can help me in these areas? Or maybe some videos to help with knee pain and balance?
    – Thank you! I love these stretch and mobility exercises!
    – Andrew

  6. A note to anyone having trouble with the glute bridge march: I'm not able to do the glute bridge march yet, especially on my right side. So, after checking with outher sources that this is the right way to work on it, I am going to do the glute bridge part without lifting my legs until I can see that I've strengthened my glutes, and then slowly start to incorporate lifting my legs.

This is a great series of stretch, but I wish there was a bit more instruction on how to modify the movements if they are too hard. Same goes for the beginning crawling video. They are geared toward *beginners." It would be great to have modifications for true beginners. Many people who have not moved a lot in a long time will have trouble with some of the movements in these videos that take more strength or more flexibility.
