  1. This is the best workout ever! I love how you can see what muscles are being used. The intensity is perfect for seniors. I love this workout! I plan on doing it everyday along with my cardio exercise it just equals out my workouts perfectly.

  2. I am going to try this workout for 14 days and see what happens to me. If I can lose some of my belly fat, i would be happier. I remember when I did lose weight, I had more energy, less pain in my knees and back, too. And this will not take too much of my time either.

  3. This is the worst workout and with a computer man???? And I loved the commercial in the middle, really helped me keep the momentum going! Come on, a computer can do anything, not so humans! Watch a real person work out, this was the worst!!!

  4. This is a great workout. I'm only on day 3 so no noticeable change yet. I think #2 & #9 should be swapped tho. Doing #7-10 all abs, is a killer for a 71 year old out of shape new-be! LOL
    I'm going to keep it going so I can get rid of my belly! 😉
