BUT, at the End of the day… losing weight and maintaining it is all about 'Discipline', 'Discipline' and 'Discipline'… Discipline [Self Control] in ALL of your Eating and Drinking Habits… Learning to say ''No'' when your body wants Third [and even Second] Helpings, eating Fruits for desert instead of Ice-cream, Cakes, Donuts … etc, etc. Drinking REAL Fruit Juices and Real Water, instead of Sodas. Drinking too many Beers and Alcohol [Beer and Alcohol Binges every week]. Smoking, Snorting… etc.

    ''A Person without 'Self Discipline', is like a City with No Walls… easy for the enemy to invade and takeover''. Anything worth Having, Keeping and Maintaining takes Work and Strong Self Discipline. Everyone HAS the ability of Self Discipline, but it's like a Muscle: it needs to be Exercised and Developed by Strong Force, Consistency and Determination.   6. Dear Doctor, this is very strange. After lifting my belly 3 times as you showed in the video, in a moment I felt my toes again. And I've had a problem with this feeling for ten years. What I'm interested in is how to reduce my body weight, I'm 180 cm tall and weigh as much as 90 kg and I'm not fat. I look like you, but why do I weigh too much? At my age, 65 is dangerous. I eat almost nothing, I'm almost a Bretarian and I have no way to lose this excessive weight. I eat as much in total for a week as an average European for a small second course every day. I once fasted strictly for 40 days, about half a year in total, and then my weight dropped to 82 kg from 100. And now it's 90 and it doesn't want to go down?
