  1. So stabbing someone with a knife, running another person over with a car and punching a third person in the face is only a year in prison these days? No wonder crime is so rampant.

  2. Remember working people of America its your job to labor and pay for those who won't so democrats can keep their voters who always want more free money or benefits to claim theyre oppressed and poor afterwards.

  3. 15 month for a stabbing..

In most places you get a longer sentence for just carrying a deadly weapon in public.

No wonder people lose trust in the system when so little makes sense

  4. The man that is being questioned by the officer is annoying and instead of trying to be helpful he is being a complete bunghole with his remarks smh glad he's alive and if I were the officer I'd say ok man you go after him when you stop being nasty when all I'm doing is my job trying to get information to solve this.

  5. I just watched a trial where a man shot and killed a neighbor for no appearance. The man was unarmed. He got 35 years probation. The man who did the shooting had opened the door and the neighbor he had been screaming yet took a step in so they use the make my day law. Disgusting. After he shot him he came out into the hall and kicked him and then shot him several more times. Seven times in all. Six shots were after he was dead. 35 years probation, sickening
