It should be a law that all motorists involved in a collision should pull their vehicle to the shoulder (if drivable) before getting out of the vehicle in the middle of the interstate. Unbelievable.

In the TC you take your chances, cuz law enforcement is unable to enforce. The driving is off the hook, and only getting worse. Best to stay home if you walk or ride, they just do not care if you are in their way. Meanwhile, one Sheriff, oh never mind…

The problem is too many people driving to fast and being careless. Not paying attention. Maybe drugs and alcohol also. They need to LOWER the speed limit and enforce it with CAMERAS!

Again, this is why I have ADAS, with early braking and notifications. They appear to not be paying enough attention and at the last minute it's too late! I carry great insurance and I would definitely call a lawyer and file for personal property, injury, diminished value, etc, etc.

Perhaps slower speeds with lil dab of common sense might work.
I think the government needs to step in and give some sort of a test to people, so they can get a piece of paper saying they are competent enough to drive a dangerous vehicle.
Maybe put their name and a picture on it so we can verify that said person is the correct person.
Maybe hire some people to enforce traffic laws. O_o

whenever i am in the back of a line of cars i always always always make sure to leave space in front of me and watch the rear view the entire time im coming to a stop in a line. That way if i see someone i can move forward and to the side
