  1. Personally I don't like this cover. To make it yours is one thing but I don't like it when a cover changes too much and loses the essence of the original song. This was the case for me. As a performance it's great but the song cover itself is meh.

  2. This performance is tied into Guerrilla & Halazia. That intro is in Guerrilla as are the papers. The No Dancing shows up in the Strickland storyline & is connected to Prestige Academy. The mask is also added to San’s Guerrilla costume

  3. 1:39 a lot of their music video concepts are around this idea of a world where music/art/dancing is not allowed and they come in to rebel and save the people. This is very apparent in the guerrila and halazia mv and some others

  4. Silver army here 👵🏼….Roscoe, since you are exploring Kpop groups can I suggest a preBTS that I loved and still do….TVXQ "Something" very unique and classy 👍, or "Spellbound" 💟

  5. This was mainly inspired by the movie Equilibrium! The speech you hear was the one in the movie, the topic of not banning human emotions and therefore banning all kinds of art, the big screens while his speech and the blimp spreding pamphlets are all from the movie AND it was a spoiler from what we see in their song Guerrilla! 🙂

  6. The pride and joy that we felt as atiny when we saw this for the first time… I still go back to this one for this cover. It's amazing the way they wove their lore through this entire series. Nothing like it!!

  7. My favorite performance fron Kingdom, hands down. There’s a video with the reaction from the others groups and it’s epic… you probably clicked on the one with just the performance 🥲, sorry.

  8. I watched Kingdom because of Stray Kids (accidently watched Road to KIngdom first but not mad about it) and as such have now widened my pool of Kpop I'll listen to. I was so impressed with the hard work these guys put into their performances that it's hard not to appreciate them. Even if you don't have the time to make reaction videos to all the KIngdom performances, I'd recommend watching them just for the awesomeness alone.

  9. You’re welcome for introducing you to the term anti-drop 😂

That blimp plays a part in ATEEZ’s lore in the MV for Guerrilla. Yes, even their Kingdom performances are riddled with lore.

What you saw at the end was “Halateez” stealing back the hourglass (in ATEEZ lore it’s called a cromer). In the lore it’s what they use to move between World A and World Z.

    It’s… it’s a whole thing lmao

  10. This is my favorite Kingdom performance. They understood the assignment and made the song their own.

I also love that they used Kingdom to tease their Geurrilla comeback a year later.

  11. It’s too hard to chose a fav ATEEZ stage from kingdom. Each one is epic in their own way and soooo fun to watch!!!

Have you watched any of their performances on Immortal Songs? Those are epic as well. Especially love the Fantastic Baby/Nilili Mambo stage.
