MY frustration is that I'm that one guy who ALWAYS gets that coupon or sales product that ISN'T in the store's inventory computer when I'm checking out!

He literally claims to be the company's best employee, yet he doesn't understand corporate relationships and obligations nor how retail works? Lol. You were a sht employee dude, and I can't believe you are still this hung up on your first job at Bruno's. I've had to manage dudes like Jeremy and they think they have all the solutions but can't make change for a dollar without a calculator.
