In all fairness, we lucked out that there wasn't a new war under Trump. We nearly got into a war with Iran because the evidence Pompeo used was a spotty video. The anti-cop narrative predates Obama's presidency, and so do identity politics. In retrospect, Trump should have refused to seek a second term and aggressively campaigned for a successor because he failed his ultimate test of wielding power to reign in the Union.
I have never liked Trump, as a person.
That doesn't have any affect on his performance at his job, which was quite good.
I voted for him twice. I'll do so again.

Trump was the first country club owner in that area of Florida to open his business to black people. How's he racist again? Also, DeSantis is the Jeb/Cruz character of this election cycle. Pay him no attention. Ramaswamy is good, but still very green behind the ears. He needs at least 4 or 8 more years in the political oven before he's ready, because right now, he's like that nerdy young cousin at the family gathering, trying to get everyone else to invest in some tech startup that he can't quite fully explain. If I were Trump, I'd pick Ramaswamy as running mate, because he's the most solid on policy substance besides the Big Don, and he's so damn young for a presidential candidate, only 38 years old right now. That's a fresh face for the GOP while a lot more of the Democrats are currently either in the range of retirement age, near death, or freshly dead. See also: Senator Dianne Feinstein and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi. Yes, I know, Senator Chuck Grassley too, but I agree with that sentiment. He needs to retire at the end of his term. He's freakin' ninety. No more of these 80+ year old dinosaurs at all. They should be at home with their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Trump, I'll make a slight exception for, so long as he stays mentally sharp.

the claim that trump is the only president to not create a new war isnt accurate. its fine if you like him, but dont go off of a social media post for your info. also nobody cares if you like trump.
The people in here whining about the political talk would be singing a different tune if the talk was about dunking on Trump. They'd be singing, "Toooruuueee~" or "Baaasssed~" or "SPITTING FACTS" or "W"

Benedict Trump is the only president who tried to overthrow the government and steal the election. This clown is just another traitor who supports that grifting criminal fascist traitor Trump.
To put it bluntly, Jeremy’s way out of his depth. Trump tried to steal the election at both ends. Coercing Pence to decertify the election results, then asking for Raffensberger to go out and “find him more votes”, then having fake electors installed to try to rig things in his favor. I won’t be casting a vote for a candidate who disrespects the election process, is indicted on multiple counts, and is a traitor.

If Trump didn't start a war, as he only inherited the Afghanistan Occupation, then the same can be said of Obama as he inherited the Iraq and Afghanistan war. Biden did oversee the fall of Libya but this wasn't a war. Biden also hasn't started any wars, he pulled troops out of Afghanistan (which doomed the Afghanistan Republic), the Russian-Ukraine conflict which started back in 2014 which the Russian Occupation of Crimea he did offer military aid during 2022. Same goes for the offer of support for Israel in the recent escalations of Israeli-Palestine tensions with the boldest Hamas attacks seen so far.
Wars are not simply a conflict, for example the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were not on running for the length of the occupation. In the case of Afghanistan the war ended against the Taliban when the Taliban were overthrown within the first few weeks of the conflict, then the Northern Alliance (the good guys in Afghanistan) were installed as the new government and the American military was invited to form the bulk of the peacekeeping forces. This meant the American and Coalition soldiers were the invited guests of the new government, there to help quell the remaining rouge elements of Al-Quade and the Taliban. Afghanistan the state and America the state were no longer in what is considered a war.
Also Trump did get embroiled in the Syrian Conflict and still participated in a limited manor in the 'War of Terror' ongoing against ISIS and maintaining the American peacekeeping efforts in Afghanistan.
Seems Jeremy might want to do some fact checking next time before making bold claims.
I dislike Trump for his narcissist behavior, statist views on government, as well as his adultery. He is not a moral or good person and like Biden, Obama and Bush, he is a corrupt liar who has horrible policies.
Trump launched more drone attacks than either Obama term. Trump helped supply Saudi Arabia's War in Yemen. He facilitated military budget increases. He didn't start a War in 4 years…but he kept delaying Afghanistan withdrawal for his last 2 years…this tired debunked narrative about Trump being a peace maker is reality.
He further ruined relations with Russia even though idiots were obsessed with Russia Gate. Then the one good thing he did, actually doing direct conversations with NK ended up causing a larger build up of missle production after making deals with Russia since Trump wasn't going to concede anything to make the conversation worthwhile.
