I am from Tennessee, the most helpful stretch for me is the deep squat. I find that my body hurts less when I do this in my spare time like petting the dog or folding clothes. I also really enjoy your morning stretch routine as the cat/cow really gives a good back stretch.
Hey y'all. I'm 24 in Virginia. I've followed you guys for years. I have a chronic nerve condition and after over 10 medical professionals – I have been relieving my pain through increasing mobility and strengthening my muscles. I started with attempting to push through the pain and gain muscle, but it was once I realized that stretching and mobility were the answer – I started going places. Before the onset, I'd watch your videos and say how cool they look but honestly now, I feel how cool they actually are haha. My favorite position is a squat. Ultimate movement for my ankle mobility along with being able to hold myself upright and release tensions

I have two fave stretches actually! First is the classic yoga seated twist – this makes my hips and back feel epic. The second is 'almost' the yogi sit and you lean forward over each knee to really stretch out the hips and lower back. I'm in USA and my favorite stretch is the deep cossack squat stretch. Depending on the variation, it stretches and mobilizes much of the lower body. One side is essentially in a squat while the other stretches the hamstrings in the toe up position or the adductors in the foot flat position. You can even get some side body or back stretch by turning or reaching in various directions

Hey dudes! I’m a 20 year old guy, living in London, England and my favourite stretch has to be from your ‘do this to overcome low mental state(stretching follow along)’ video. Not only does that particular video hype me up for a busy day but the stretch targeting the obliques by lowering the hips a bit, reaching one arm over as you shift your weight to one side as you straighten the other leg is just a bloody fantastic feeling! Appreciate all the content you two produce and I’ve been inspired to train with gymnastic rings and loving it so far! Ps, I dig the new merch design.
