I think it's time to legalize segregation and just leave it up to the businesses. For example, if you want to deal with the shit, go ahead, but if you don't want to, there's no risk of being sued. For private businesses. Restaurants, clubs, etc.

I love how you dissect behaviours. Racism is such a huge problem and white privilege is the cause of so much social disorder and injustice. Those who cry racism to deflect from poor or worse; illegal behaviour make the most ardent activist shake their head in frustration. There is no simple solution but it needs to start with restoring trust. Police departments need more funding to do more outreach!!! I have seen some amazing programs in some communities working towards this. We need more!!!!
