So as someone who had done this video A LOT, I have come to appreciate that the ‘chorus’ of background song almost always aligns with the end of each exercise so I know how long is left and when I can stop without having to look at the video 😊

This is really great – followed this weekly for 8 weeks and seen significant improvement, just as you suggested, eg for a 1 minute hold I started with 20 sec, then 30, 45 and finally 60. Thank you for this achievement!

I do this every Sunday morning as a marker of where my core is at from one week to another. I do core work everyday ,but his one is the most difficult ! The 60 second extended hollow hold is always a challenge,but so rewarding when it’s done! Thanks for all your videos.
