You CAN'T expose yourself any harder as being a NPC than this! This brainless creature somehow could only process a reasonable barrier as being in jail (it's clearly a little too familiar with being in the back of PD cars).
Can't process whatsoever why a driver would have such. Then brainlessly talks about how it's going to file a complaint right to the person getting ready to drive it. Then (because NPCs CAN'T process "Cause N' Effect") is shocked that the driver is telling it it has to go and find another ride. You can't make this stuff up!
