  1. I love Cate but she isn't and never was middle class. She grew up in a wealthy Melbourne suburb, went to one of our State's most expensive schools and studied at Melbourne Uni. Cate's being a little delulu here!

  2. Out of touch rich people..Her outfit probably costs more than what i earn in a month if not two..middle class indeed..its "let them eat cake sll over again"unless she meant as in not been an aristocrat.

  3. There are subclasses to the 3 classes:
    Lower Lower
    Middle Lower
    Upper Lower
    Lower Middle
    Middle Middle
    Upper Middle
    Lower Upper
    Middle Uppper
    Upper Upper.
She could technically be in the Middle Upper class.

  4. Hollywood and other celebrities who show off their wealth are some of the most patronizing people in our society. They claim to speak for the average person and their struggles in everyday life while they themselves will never suffer.

  5. Lost all my respect for her, loved her since I saw her in LOTR as a kid… I Can't believe she would say that… Imagine the bubble you have to live in to believe that, it blows my mind…
