cant be accidental in the middle of day bro you could clearly make out your target.
Something doesn't seem right here
This is why liberals shouldn't own guns
Imagine what could have happened to Daniel's family if he didnt have a gun to keep his family safe! 😱
Bad luck dude
So as per the NRA, are these the "good people with guns" or "bad people with guns"?
Dude i have that exact same notification sound 5:14
And the reason Kellie was staying with them was because she just lost her husband!! Rip Kellie ;(
His wife?! He didn’t want to call his wife?! I understand if this was an “accident” calling an attorney first but then not calling his wife?!
US is just in a terrible spot they can't get out of. Everyone can get a gun, a lot of people DO have guns. If they made owning guns illegal, law abiding people would suffer because there still would be a fuck ton of guns in the market and it'd just become easier for criminals. If they keep them legal… this happens.
This is why we need stricter gun laws cause people not trained own one. So sad 😢
Unless it was off camera, but Danny soon stopped worrying about the sister-in-law and more concerned about himself 🤔
That story is bs
Love the editing in this vid. Hilarious
Midwest Safety: I strenuously object to the bait-and-switch title. Don't do that. 👎👎👎
That was her Christmas present! 🎁
It’s hard to feel fully like this was an accident because even if there was an intruder you should absolutely announce your firearm and intent to shoot. It is so irresponsible for someone to shoot their firearm without knowing the target 100%. Also, why shoot at someone in your house that isn’t threatening you, you can’t see fully, and is walking away from you? Like even if it was an intruder and he missed the shot it could have hit someone else in the home?

Sounds fishy to me
I'm all for protecting your house but you gotta use your head, he said he shot her in the back even if it was an intruder you can't shoot them in the back
Just another reason why you don’t shoot first and ask questions later , without knowing who you’re shooting at . it could have been a kid he shot . sad situation all around, the victim Kellie just lost her husband Joel and was about to be A Grandmother in April 2025
HE THOUGHT HE BUSTED SANTA
This officer is so professional! Respectful and polite!
Seems intentional af, I mean look at the smirk in the mugshot. Even tried hiding the shell casing under his pillow.
*Daniel's gunshot ringtone goes off*
The quality subtitles are why I save these to WATCH and not just listen to in the background. 😂
Just as the founding fathers intended
That title is such a rort.
What was his “huge mistake”?? Title make it sound like it was intentional and he said or did something to cop on his self! He did everything right except living in a very fun UNFRIENDLY state that automatically arrests or charges you. There is no point in having a self or home defense weapons you have to keep locked in a safe!
3 mins in this dude is way too fucking calm.
I understand, buddy, being open, honest, and transparent, but there comes a point where you stop talking
Being responsible for every round is a huge responsibility, not to be taken lightly. Tragic, truly.
Gunshot ringtone at 5:13
Thank you for that message at the end. Might i recommend highlighting segments of your videos? I know most dont watch to the end.
the officer told him “good luck to you” at the end. kind of him
What a bob
America… we dont shoot people in our house because we forgot they were there in Australia
Wendy's Pepsi
Just because he didn't like his sister in law doesn't mean you sh**t her. They better hide the mother in law
That's why guns for everyone is a bad idea…
he and his story are RIDICULOUS!
You’re only a responsible gun owner until you’re not.
There are several red flags with this guy. I know that doesnt prove anything, but not being able to prove it doesnt mean the red flags are invalid.
I'd be hysterical, upset and couldn't be on the phone. I'd be so in shock that I couldn't function enough to have any of my text make sense. He seemed defensive early on after the initial questioning. Why would you "put/hide" the casing under your pillow? Again…he just didn't seem remorseful imo.
