Ys you are right….but the challenge is that i keep on saying all of this in my mind….it has become such a bad habit..that even if i notice i can't stop it..
relaxed! sometimes you know things but hearing from others makes it calmer, like you are relieved someone understands such situations

Yes – thank you so much! If really need to be reminded of this…….I'm a teacher and although I love my job, every autumn I go through this phase of anxiety, stress, panic attacks. Have been working on it a lot, but this was a timely, much appreciated reminder. Gratitude!
