  1. Did my first muscle up today after having been able to do 15 mid-high pulls ups for over a year. Realized I was pulling back and away from the bar using the swing but not pulling my chest back to over the bar for the dip. In case that helps someone here

  2. It wasn't mentioned but I realised one important step is to slide your hands once you get to the top, since you have to change the position of your grip. I've got sticky friction hands and was struggling with that. It helps when the bar rotates slightly.

  3. I just tried this and I can actually do muscle ups now. I can do 1 confidently. Now I’m working towards doing multiple in a row. Great video thanks so much I am gassed I can do a muscle up🎉
