  1. Wnba. Have been offered a golden ticket with Caitlin’ s talent but jealousy and racism will ruin that for them. Sorry not sorry this is exactly the reason The Community fails every time and deserves it😅😅😅😅

  2. Drafting Clark led to a surge of interest in the team and the WNBA in general, with TV ratings for the 2024 WNBA draft (at 2.5 million) overshadowing actual games played over the prior 25 seasons. That's end of story that's higher ratings for the wnba 2024 draft then the wnba had for it's entire history & this was just a draft for 36 positions. Sorry but that just proves clark has had more impact in her first month then the entire history of the wnba & all the players in that history combined have had in the wnba entire history.

  3. WNBA players stop it with the jealousy & hate because Caitlin Clark has the most hype we have ever seen for woman baller…Caitlin is the best female basketball player on earth and hasn’t even played in the WNBA yet she will have a target on her back but she got to much game and once she adjusts she will be the best woman baller we have ever seen until Ju Ju Watkins takes over!!!

  4. Chiney Ogwumike might seem like she’s playing favoritism, but it's not. She's not criticizing Caitlin Clark; rather, she's advocating for African Americans in the game who are already in the league, which isn't wrong. However, since she's expressing this in a public forum, her personal preferences should be balanced. Contrary to your claim that nobody knows her, many, including myself, know Chiney Ogwumike as a WNBA player recognized for her outstanding skills as a forward and her contributions to various teams. She's also respected as a sports analyst and commentator. Cheryl Miller, though she never played in the WNBA due to the absence of a female league at the time, is a basketball legend known for her prowess on the court. I can’t believe you said no one knows her. She played college basketball at USC, winning two NCAA championships and earning four All-American titles. After her playing career, she became a coach and sports broadcaster, continuing to impact the basketball world. Miller started the sports broadcasters discussion about starting a professional women’s league. I will close by saying Clark was a great collegiate basketball player. However, it remains to be seen if she will become a great professional basketball player as injuries have a way of shortening careers. If I were a gambling man, I would have to bet on Caitlin Clarke being a very good if not great WNBA pro. In closing, Clarke brought casual fans to a game that has 70% of its players identifying as black. Yes, she (Ogwumike) is stating her opinion; but she gets paid to state her opinion, she’s doing her job. Specifically speaking, she is saying no one player, black or white, is bigger than the league itself.

  5. If the WNBA was smart they would have made Skylar Diggins-Smith the face of the league. Since she is talented, good looking and a heterosexual female. Caitlin Clark does deserve the hype because she is that good.

  6. Basketball/NBA has always been hung up on race. IDK why. More than any other sport, basketball and race is a major deal. A white man invented the game, a White man invented the jump shot, White man was the first to slam dunk a basketball. Basically, White people have contributed to the game just as much as black people.

  7. I did not pay attention to women's basketball if it was not for University of Iowa sports news. I use to follow football and wrestling before, now thanks to sport reports I started following women's basketball.

  8. Here is the question though and im not white or black so i have no horse in this race: Would Caitlin Clark even be known if she werent white? Would people even care? Probably not. Cheryl Miller was one of the best female ball players of all time and the only reason she is known is because Reggie Miller is her brother. That is a fact. The idea of a white player doing well is more interesting in the media and by the majority of fans than a black player or athlete in womens sports.

  9. Catlin Clark is the GOAT of women's basketball and without Catlin Clark I wouldn't give a shitt about women's basketball and wouldn't have want to hear about women's basketball
