Actually if you do some research, you will realize that there are far more American investors supporting TikTok than there are Chinese and the regulations for Tik Tok in the US are much different than the ones in China. I am not saying TikTok doesn't gather information on it's users; every single app you put on your phone does that. I am just saying, it's no different than any other app as far as information gathering and selling. American companies sell information to Chinese investors as well…which is why we get ads that are hosted by Chinese companies such as Temu and the like. If they were as dangerous as the claims would lead you to think they are…then the federal government would not continue to use them to post their campaign ads and Biden would not be permitted to personally use the app
