DIY Perks is better than Boss speakers, perfect job.
I'd love to see these speakers built in passive form with a true crossover. Not to take away from the build as-is though, I'm super impressed!!!
FYI. The link to the DSP on eBay doesn’t seem to work.
wtf esse trabalho é absolutamente fascinante bro
* Conspiracy Theory *
DIY Perks is actually a 3D-printer company-sponsored YT channel that tries to get the unsuspecting public to invest in 3D printers.

Made me buy all the parts this year (2025), it set me back 840 euro's.
Very excited to get printing, building and enjoying.
Incredible build. Would love to see a sound bar for a TV as a follow up.
A… ma… zing
if i be honest we can get close to 90% the quality by using a woofer and a twitter with crossover at 3000hz , much easy and cheap , wood box with two hole for 6.5 inch woofer and 3 inch twitter put damping inside use a cheap amp to power you get much loud and deep bass with good voice and high you can use full speaker and get a 3 way crossover for even better sound. i understand the video is about being better dont attack me
Did you try UHPC concrete?
I think about to test with. I have some left
Could you use insulating spray foam sealant that is commonly used to seal around door and windows? Great Stuff is a brand in the US.

Should we be happy with a good deception of a pair of wooden speakers?
How recyclable are the materials been used??
Amazing content! Thank you for this extensive tutorial. Could you specify the exact models you used for the DSP and regulator, unfortunately the ebay link for the DSP is expired.
Audio input wires goes above buck converter, which is literally a noise generator.I suggest to move them away, maybe even addıng shielding to stop emi.
Impressive work, thank you very much for the inspiration!
Thin printed walls backed up by plaster filling vs thicker sold printed walls. BUT the walls don't have to be solid, a suitable printed infill pattern can use only 30% solid and still be quite stiff. The 'walls' can be a bit thicker too. Then also go for filaments with carbon fiber or other such material for even more strength. Pillow stuffing material as also been sold for use as acoustic damping material, I've used this in my home made (wooden) speaker boxes.
Dam, you're awesome.
