  1. this is a lot like i do with my HIIT … can i ask weight wise.. with typical bodybuilding style you would put weight on to go to failure around a certain rep.. with this HIIT style (but with more rest) what weight should one be looking at here as with type of exercising you get tired before you get hypertrophy
