  1. Without a bar or weights, all you can do are these isolation exercises. Sure it may grow your muscles but probably not for long. You will eventually need some compound movements like the pullup.

  2. How to build a big back at home:
    Use a bagpack and fill it with books
    Do some one arm rows
    Or you can invest in some bands. Tube bands are very cheap allowing to hit from different angles
    These exercises are good for beginners. You can train like this for 1st month but then it feels easy.

  3. So i can only do number 1 lol. My shoulders need flexibility work because they were screaming at me😂 and my floor are too hard for my elbow. I'm getting a thick matt for that thank you.

  4. Bonus:
    Rows with your backpack. Put books or anything heavy in there and adjust the weight you find the best for your growth.

    And of course, the most iconic and a testament of strength is pull ups. Go outside and find the nearest calisthenics park or a bar. You can also add weight if your more advanced, if you don't know where your local calisthenics park is, you can always do pull ups on your door. (Do negatives or Australian pull ups if you're a beginner)
