This kinda sounds like a happy version of the titanic theme. Imagine that movie with Bomberman.
The first time I heard this song was in Super Mario Star Road (a Mario 64 ROM Hack for those who don't know) and when I heard a streamer playing this song I said: "Oh hey it's that song from Mario Star Road!" And then they said: "What are you talking about it's from Bomberman 64." I always just assumed it was an original song made for the hack I suppose.
